GreenWing Energy BC Ltd. Welcomes BC Hydro Clean Power Call

Vancouver, British Columbia Canada (June 12th , 2008) – GreenWing Energy BC Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of GreenWing Energy Management Ltd. (“GreenWing,” privately held) welcomes the Clean Power Call Request for Proposals announced June 11th by B.C. Hydro, and is preparing proposals for up to two wind farm projects totaling approximately 180 megawatts of renewable electricity. According to the current B.C Hydro schedule, proposals will be due November 25, 2008 and electricity purchase agreements are expected to be awarded by June 2009. The projects are located on Vancouver Island and in the Southern Interior of British Columbia. It is expected that these two projects will provide clean, renewable electricity to approximately 50,000 British Columbia residents.
