Bemersyde Wind Project: Development Underway
Vancouver, British Columbia Canada (April 23rd, 2009)
Greenwing Energy is delighted to announce that the Bemersyde Wind Project in Saskatchewan is well underway. After receiving great support from the community, the 100 megawatt project has begun development. About 50 landowners have signed agreements committing almost 31,000 acres of land for the project. Two meteorological towers have been erected and the initial data from those readings are promising. As the next step, GreenWing will commence with the Environmental Assessment studies.
